Use some water-based lube on the end of the nozzle attachment. The nozzle should already be attached to the tubing. Then suck up some water or fluid with the enema bulb by squeezing all the air out of it and then letting it expand while the nozzle tip is placed in the fluid of your choice. Saline water is a great option, but you can find what works for you. Warm water will feel amazing, while cold water may be a bit shocking to the system. Then attach the tubing to the enema bulb nozzle. Insert the lubed nozzle tip of the hose into your derriere, then squeeze the bulb to control the flow of water! To help keep it inside your derriere, get on all fours with your booty up in the air and your head low (if that's comfortable). To reduce the chance of having to clean up a mess, have a bowel movement right before and do this in the shower or tub of your bathroom. When you're all full of fluid, then you can remove the tube and empty the contents of your derriere into a toilet. Rinse and repeat as needed or desired!
